Shipping

All our of items are made to order, with our average delivery time too 6-10 days. 

We have flat rate shipping of $5.99 per order, but we offer free shipping for any order over $99 USD. 

 Shipping speed can fluctuate due to location or service disruptions. If shipping errors occur, please contact the nearest post office. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to accommodate you to make sure your order is replaced. 

Returns

If you are unhappy for any reason with your order, please reach out directly to cg@creaseguardians.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue. 

Please make sure you check out our sizing guide to ensure that your order sizing is correct when you order. If you need to exchange due to sizing, please reach out to cg@creaseguardians.com to find a resolution to your issue. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition - unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

We allow 30 days from delivery to begin the return/exchange process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order up receipt and contact us immediately (cg@creaseguardians.com) with a picture of the damaged or incorrect item. If the product is deemed damaged or incorrect, we will issue a new product at no cost to the customer. 

Exchanges

Please make sure you check out our sizing guide to ensure that your order sizing is correct when you order. If you need to exchange due to sizing, please reach out to cg@creaseguardians.com to find a resolution to your issue. 

If you are unsatisfied with the sizing of the product, please contact us directly and we will work to exchange the item for the correct size. The customer is responsible for all return shipping.
